The Houston Texans released All-Pro defensive end J.J. Watt on Friday at his request. While several players took to social media to recruit the 31-year-old, Texans quarterback Deshaun Watson bid him farewell.
In his goodbye post, Watson calls Watt "one of the greatest of all time."
Salute to one of the Greatest of All Time @JJWatt I appreciate you for all the work you put in and more importantly the person you are. Any team in the league will be better the day you out on their jersey! 1OVE my brother! MORE Glory

Watt certainly is one of the greatest defensive players in NFL history and arguably the best player in Texans history. In Houston, he won Defensive Player of the Year three times and earned five Pro Bowl selections. He is also a five-time All-Pro and was named Walter Payton Man of the Year in 2017.
It's unclear where Watt will end up. However, the Pittsburgh Steelers, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Green Bay Packers, Baltimore Ravens and Dallas Cowboys have the best odds to land him.
